State of Human Rights
The Human Rights Commission monitors and works to ensure implementation of international human rights standards in Zambia through production of the Annual State of Human Rights (ASHR)) report. In this effort, our aims are: To highlight the human rights situation in Zambia To promote accountability at all levels in human rights promotion and protection To enable stakeholders working in the area of human rights education, sensitization, research and advocacy better implement their interventions, using the report as a tool
