National Plan of Action

The Human Rights Commission together with its partners formulated a National Plan Action (NPA) for the period 1999 to 2009. The NPA is a guide and framework for the effective promotion and protection of all human rights at all levels and for the building of a sustainable human rights culture in Zambia. It identifies priority areas, strategies, actions and measurable goals for the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
